Change the way you persuade



Today we talked about the way we persuade and how easily we can lose a person's attention depending on their decision-making style.


Regardless of whether you are a charismatic, thinker, skeptic, follower, or a controller type of leader, I believe we can all agree on one thing: If you're mindlessly talking for too long without getting to the point, you'll lose people's interest as soon as you can finish saying the word "skeleton".


Be smart about the way you persuade and curate your content according to the type of leader you'll be talking to. Don't make people die out of boredom.
